- Draw required amount of NOTAR Ag-1080 and dilute it in water that has been preheated to 55~60°C to make up 5% aqueous solution.
- Anti-tarnishing process
- Thoroughly clean up the surface of the silver work piece. Make sure it is free of grease and oxidation layer. Tacklean Ag-108GC from PhilChem Ltd. is recommended as silver cleaner.
- Rinse the work piece with water.
- Blow it dry with cool air.
- While keeping the readily prepared 5% aqueous solution of NOTAR Ag-1080 around 55~60°C, dip the work piece in the solution for 5 minutes.
- Bring up the work piece and rinse it thoroughly with warm water (40~60°C).
- Blow it dry.
- Remarks
